1. The mental health professionals are independent providers who are not employees, agents or representatives of Mental ACT. The Platform’s role is limited to enabling the Services, while the provision of the Services themselves is the responsibility of the professionals who provides them. If you feel the Services provided by the professionals do not fit your needs or expectations, you may change to a different professional who provides services through the Platform.
    

2. This site is for personal use only by those wanting to use the services of a mental health professional. As user(s) of the directory, you agree to not use this site for commercial purposes, including contacting the mental health professionals to promote your own goods or services. You agree to not sell or trade in any materials on the website or redistribute professionals’ information in any way or for any purpose, including compiling databases, lists or directories, or providing commercial information to any third party.
    

3. Mental ACT aims to present and maintain accurate information in the South Asian Mental Health Directory at the time of publishing. 
    

4. Mental ACT has done what is reasonably possible to make sure that the mental health professionals’ information is accurate, but the professionals are ultimately responsible for their own information, and we are not liable for its accuracy.
    

5. The content in the Directory is for information only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users who rely on this information do so at their own risk. Mental ACT will not be liable for any decisions or diagnoses provided by the mental health professionals.
    

6. In no event shall Mental ACT be liable for damages to any user of the directory for the voluntary selection of any mental health professional, for the services provided by any companies and individuals listed herein, or for any other damages which may occur. Also, Mental ACT will not be liable for any advice or counselling and therapy support a professional provides or any action you take as a result of that advice or support.
